I know I’ve been a bit delayed with responses. If you haven’t heard back from me, please try to book online before sending a text.

If you don’t see an available time or the service you want, you can:

2. Select the “Special Request” option to block off a custom date and time.

✨ Hair is included with all styles. (Please note: some colors may not be available for certain styles, or may come with an additional cost.)

By booking, you are agreeing to the policies and information listed below.

I am also closed Sundays and Mondays and take squeeze-in appointments at or after 7 pm for an additional cost.

WHEN CAN YOU BOOK?

- Appointments can be booked up to 1 month in advance.

- If you don’t see an appointment available, please text (510) 760-8819 for assistance.

SQUEEZE - INS

- To inquire about a squeeze-in appointment, text (510) 760-8819.

- Squeeze-in appointments require an additional $75 fee.

PAYMENT & FEES

- A non-refundable deposit of $40 per service is required when booking through Vagaro.

- Appointments cannot be scheduled without paying the deposit online.

- The deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.

- Remaining balance can be paid by cash, card, or Vagaro’s payment plan.

LATE & CANCELLATION/ NO- SHOW POLICY

- Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

- No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

- There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. for the client and stylist. Anything beyond this may result in cancellation if there is no way of adjusting the schedule for the remainder of the day.

- Service times are estimates and may take more or less time depending on the style.

- Please keep this in mind when scheduling other events on the same day.

SERVICE POLICIES

- A wash, blow dry, and deep conditioning (done by My Adequate Beauty) is included for services lasting 4+ hours. You must select this option at booking, or it will not be offered during your appointment.

- You may opt out of the wash, but the price will not be adjusted. This policy may change at any time based on availability or circumstances.

- Hair is included with all styles.

Special colors may require an additional charge and are subject to availability.

- Please arrive on time and note that no extra guests are allowed due to the shop being a shared space.

- Masks are required for the safety of everyone in the shop.

- Your hair must be at least 4 inches all around (about the length of a credit card).

- Please notify me before your appointment if you have:

Damaged hair

Colored hair

Thinning or balding areas

- Most importantly: be prepared to have a good time! This is a safe and fun space 🤎. Light snacks, Wi-Fi, entertainment, and beverages (plus DoorDash if you’d like 😊) are available during your appointment.

AFTER BOOKING INFO

- You will receive the address and appointment confirmation via text and/or email 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

- Photos may be taken for marketing purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know in advance.

- By booking, you are agreeing to all booking terms listed above.
